Start by requesting an individual quote at www.park-and-travel.de and then proceed to pre-book your parking by using our booking engine.
It's easy and convenient. You simply have to follow the instructions on the screen.
Once you have booked, you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing all your booking references.
As soon as you have pre-booked or reserved a parking on our website, we guarantee that this parking space will be reserved for you.
Pre-booking online does not only guarantee you a space, it will also save you money since online rates are considerably lower than turn-up gate prices. In addition, it will make the check-in process faster.
All kinds of vehicles are allowed at Park-and-Travel car parks. However, the overall width must not exceed 3 metres and the height must not exceed 4 metres.
Our online booking system accepts MasterCard, Amex, Visa, PayPal and payment by wire transfer.
Once you arrive at the airport, simply follow the directions to get to one of our car parks. The check-in won't take much time. As you have pre-booked online, we have already all details about your reservation at hand.
However, you should still allow enough time for the shuttle transfer and the check-in at the airport.
Please make sure you have your e-mail booking confirmation printed out and with you!

Upon arrival at the departure level please proceed to terminal B, where the shuttle dropped you off on the day of your departure. From there, our shuttle service operates every 20 minutes.
For your own safety, please call 0049 (0)211-38427 79 as soon as you pass through passport control and customs. This is especially recommended if you arrive at night.
Berlin Tegel:
When you return from your trip please call 0049 (0)162-2342787 as soon as you pass through passport control and customs. Our shuttle service will then pick you up and take you to your car.
Berlin Schönefeld:
As soon as you pass through passport control and customs, please give us a call at 0049 (0)162-2342849. Our shuttle service will then pick you up and take you right to your car.
In some cases you might not receive an e-mail booking confirmation automatically. This can happen for several reasons:
You have entered an incorrect e-mail address:
You might have made a typing error during registration. If this is the case, you also won't have received our welcome e-mail which is sent out automatically after creating an account.
Consequently, you also won't be able to log in again. Please call our Service Centre and ask that your e-mail address is corrected.
Booking not completed:
You might not have fully completed the booking process. Your booking is only completed after clicking the "Submit Booking" button on the page headed "Summary of Your Booking Details". You are then forwarded to a new page informing you that "Your booking was successful".
No booking confirmation after online payment:
When paying online, e.g., by credit card, the system response time might be slow at times, so that the booking is left pending. This often occurs when the online payment is interrupted or when the online payment service company manually connects to our server too soon. Generally, it is always better to wait until you are automatically redirected. If the online payment has been interrupted, you will not receive a booking confirmation.

Please check whether you are connected to the internet or whether your mailbox is full so that incoming mails are blocked.

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. In this event, the following cancellation tariffs apply:
If you cancel
- within 8 weeks before arrival, 80% of the booking price is refunded.
- within 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the booking price is refunded.
- with less than 72hours' notice, 20% of the booking price is refunded.
How to cancel:
Click "Your Account" on the menu after successful login, select the booking you want to cancel and then click the “Cancel” button. Please state your reason for cancelling and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.
Our staff will then check your cancellation request and contact you by e-mail.
Yes, you can still change your personal details after booking. Log in with your e-mail address and password and then click on "Your Account" at the top of the page.
In your account you can edit your personal details under "Change Personal Details":
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Company name, etc.
Under "Invoice Address" you can edit your address details.
To change your password, go to "Change Password".
Click on "Login" at the top of the menu to open a new page. Here click on "Forgot Your Password?".
On the next page you will be required to enter your e-mail address and the security code into the fields provided.
You will then receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you submitted. To change your password click the confirmation button you'll find in the e-mail.
Your e-mail address is not accepted:
You might have submitted an incorrect e-mail address (typing mistake). In this case, you need to register again and create a new account. If, however, you have already made a booking or reservation, please call our Service Centre to have your e-mail address corrected.

For changes regarding the number of passengers, your license plate or flight number, please call our Service Hotline at 0049 (0)211-38427 79 (Mon to Fri 8 am – 6 pm).
However, if you want to change the date of departure or arrival, you will have to cancel the whole booking or reservation and start a new booking process.
Tip:
During holiday time and on weekends we recommend that you first make the new booking or reservation with the correct details and then cancel the wrong booking. Our car parks might be booked out at the requested time. If so, don't cancel the wrong booking yet, but call our Service Hotline for assistance at 0049 (0)211-38427 79 (Mon to Fri 8 am - 6 pm).

Should you overstay your pre-booked period for longer than one day, please call our on-site staff and give them an update of your new expected arrival date. You can then pay the difference at the gate when you arrive.
